About this image

A man working as a poultry farmer navigates through the narrow aisle of an large-scale egg production facility in New South Wales, surrounded by rows of battery cages housing chickens. The industrial lighting illuminates the confined farming environment where hens are kept for commercial egg production. The worker moves methodically through the facility, demonstrating the daily operations of modern poultry farming in this large-scale agricultural setting.
