About this image

A large cattle feedlot in rural New South Wales shows a densely packed group of reddish-brown cattle crowded together in a narrow chute leading to a covered shelter. The arid landscape features scattered trees and dry ground, typical of Australian pastoral regions. This MP4 video still captures the scale and intensity of modern beef cattle farming operations.
