About this image

A group of farmers in green shirts and wide-brimmed hats oversee a large herd of Merino sheep at a livestock sale yard in the Riverina region of New South Wales. The woolly sheep are penned tightly in a fenced area under a metal-roofed structure, with multiple people monitoring the auction and animals on a clear, blue-sky day.
