About this image

Rural collaboration under overcast skies: three agricultural professionals gather beside gleaming Cyclone grain silos on a dusty rural property. A woman in a blue jacket with a striking "#doitfordolly" hashtag emblazoned on her back stands alongside colleagues, examining paperwork and discussing farm infrastructure. The metallic silver grain storage structures rise prominently in the background, connected by a shared walkway, while a blue grain auger extends nearby, suggesting ongoing harvest or storage operations. Dressed pragmatically in dark jackets and wearing protective hats, the team represents the modern face of agricultural management - collaborative, tech-savvy, and focused. The muted grey sky and dry earth create a quintessential Australian agricultural landscape, highlighting the resilience and teamwork required in contemporary farming. This scene captures the essence of rural innovation, showcasing how professional women are integral to agricultural decision-making and operational excellence.
